Richemont Client Advisor position in Dubai; luxury sales, client engagement, and product expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with discerning clients to understand their luxury requirements and preferences
- Present curated product selections and provide expert recommendations aligned with client lifestyle
- Cultivate lasting client relationships through personalized service and follow-up communications
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of brand heritage, product collections, and seasonal offerings
- Process transactions with precision and professionalism
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail or high-end customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous

Skills
Experience
