Jaeger-LeCoultre Client Advisor position in Dubai – luxury watchmaking boutique sales and client relationship management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while understanding boutique KPIs and action plans
- Proactively engage clients entering the boutique, identifying needs through active listening and personalized questioning
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful follow-up and personalized communication
- Present and demonstrate timepieces with passion and expertise, articulating their unique features, craftsmanship, and heritage
- Execute sales transactions confidently, including processing payments, handling returns, and managing inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing boutique environment in strict adherence to brand standards
- Provide exceptional after-sales service including repairs, adjustments, strap changes, and customer inquiries
- Actively manage client database to drive repeat business and expand the client network through referrals
- Invite clients to private events and previews, facilitating communication between clients and service centres
- Assist with visual merchandising and product displays, adhering to commercial policy and security protocols
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve boutique goals, share best practices, and participate in training sessions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in watchmaking or jewellery
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and expand networks of high-net-worth individuals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
- Self-confident, trustworthy, and genuinely passionate about luxury watchmaking
- Strong commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional experiences
Skills
Experience
Proven background in luxury retail sales, preferably within the watchmaking or jewellery sector, with demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with affluent clientele and achieve sales targets consistently.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in luxury retail or watchmaking principles is beneficial.
