Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-net-worth and discerning clients, building a proprietary client book and long-term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets, conversion rates and other commercial KPIs.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and communicate the craftsmanship, provenance and technical features of watches, jewellery or leather goods to clients.
  • Execute clienteling activities: manage appointments, follow-ups, after-sales care and bespoke requests using the boutique CRM.
  • Ensure immaculate boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards; support stock management, inventory counts and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Process sales transactions, returns and warranty services accurately via the point-of-sale system while adhering to brand compliance and cash-handling procedures.
  • Support boutique events, private viewings and trunk shows; collaborate with cross‑functional teams (regional sales, marketing and after‑sales) to maximise client experience.
