IWC Client Advisor position in Daejeon, South Korea—luxury watch retail specialist role at Richemont.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clientele, providing personalized service and consultative selling
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge of IWC watches, educating clients on craftsmanship, technical specifications, and heritage
- Achieve sales targets while prioritizing client satisfaction and brand experience
- Maintain boutique presentation standards and visual merchandising excellence
