IWC Client Advisor position in Daegu, South Korea. Temporary retail role at Shinsegae boutique selling luxury Swiss timepieces.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product consultation and styling guidance to clients seeking luxury timepieces
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized engagement and follow-up communication
- Execute sales transactions and achieve individual sales targets
- Maintain detailed knowledge of IWC collections, technical specifications, and brand heritage
- Ensure boutique presentation standards and visual merchandising excellence
- Support inventory management and stock organization
Qualifications
- Fluency in Korean and English
- Retail sales experience in luxury goods or high-end fashion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage affluent clientele with sophistication and discretion

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience in luxury goods, watches, jewelry, or premium fashion retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further luxury retail training or certification is advantageous.
