Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client consultations and product expertise to discerning clientele
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through attentive service and product knowledge
- Present Jaeger-LeCoultre timepieces and jewelry collections with sophistication and technical proficiency
- Process transactions and manage client account information with precision
- Maintain the boutique environment to the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail or client-facing hospitality environments
- Profound knowledge of Swiss watchmaking heritage and high-jewelry craftsmanship
