Vacheron Client Advisor position in Costa Mesa, California. Join Richemont's luxury boutique team delivering exceptional service and expertise in haute horlogerie.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional and personalized in-store journey to clients by greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding service standards and demonstrating solid product knowledge across all touchpoints
  • Develop client relationships through consistent capture of accurate client data for follow-up and relationship building, utilizing available CRM tools to identify follow-up opportunities
  • Master the sales ceremony by asking clarifying questions to understand client needs, listening attentively, handling negotiations and objections with professionalism, and ensuring client return visits
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets while adhering to all retail guidelines and company policies
  • Act as a Maison ambassador by communicating with passion about Vacheron's heritage, values, and codes, demonstrating extensive knowledge of timepiece collections, construction, materials, and care
  • Deliver detailed descriptions of Maison pieces to reinforce uniqueness and emphasize the heritage of Vacheron garde-temps, adapting presentation to the individual client
  • Execute daily boutique operations including setup and breakdown, assist with merchandising and display maintenance, participate in inventories and cycle counts, and report maintenance issues to management
  • Partner with boutique and local management to support in-store and offsite events, networking initiatives, and special projects as assigned
  • Provide attentive after-sales client support in accordance with Maison values, offering expert recommendations and acting as a knowledgeable referent
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment
  • General knowledge of or demonstrated interest in timepiece movements
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Self-starter with a collaborative team-player approach

Experience
