Richemont seeks a Client Advisor for its IWC boutique in Canoga Park to deliver personalized luxury retail experiences and drive sales of watches and accessories. The role combines consultative selling, client relationship management, and brand representation within a high-end retail environment. The successful candidate will cultivate clientele, exceed sales targets, and maintain boutique operations to global standards while embodying the heritage and craftsmanship of the IWC Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Host clients and stakeholders, delivering personalized customer experiences that reflect luxury service standards
- Drive sales of watches, accessories, and services to exceed boutique turnover targets established by management
- Identify and cultivate sales opportunities within and beyond the boutique environment, activating networks to recruit prospects and build the clientele
- Develop innovative approaches to exceed client expectations and differentiate the boutique from competitors
- Establish and nurture strong personal relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Maintain and develop the client database, executing daily clienteling activities and CRM initiatives to sustain relationships
- Process customer service requests and manage related administrative procedures with efficiency

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in sales or hospitality
- Background in sales or hospitality preferred
- Fluent English language proficiency
