Role & Responsibilities
- Host clients and stakeholders with ability to provide personalized customer experience
- Drive sales of watches, accessories and services while exceeding turnover targets set by the Boutique Manager
- Identify and create sales opportunities both inside and outside the boutique environment to activate networks and recruit prospects and clients
- Develop and maintain strong personal relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Support client relationships through focused CRM management, develop and maintain client database, and manage clienteling activities on a daily basis
- Handle customer service requests and respective processes with professionalism
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of IWC's history, products, partnerships, and the watch and luxury industries
- Deliver outstanding client service and treatment to differentiate the boutique from competition
- Act as a brand ambassador both within and outside the boutique environment
- Organize and execute operational tasks with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain the boutique according to global IWC visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate as a strong team player to support overall boutique organization
- Champion key areas such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service, and CRM to elevate boutique KPIs
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in sales or hospitality
- Background in Sales or Hospitality sector
- Fluency in English
- Comfort with video chat software and digital communication tools
- Strong selling skills and ability to exceed sales targets
- Ability to develop and maintain CRM systems and client databases
