Richemont Client Advisor position in Bangkok, Thailand—join Vacheron Constantin's team delivering luxury watch retail experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized premium client experiences by demonstrating expertise with curiosity and humility, establishing genuine long-term relationships and transforming clients into brand ambassadors
- Greet and acknowledge every customer, maintain outstanding service standards, provide comprehensive product knowledge across all touchpoints, and create a friendly, welcoming in-store environment
- Partner with boutique and local management to develop client support plans and actively participate in in-store and offsite events and networking opportunities
- Consistently capture and accurately record client data utilizing available tools to enable effective follow-up and relationship-building initiatives
- Master the key moments of the sales ceremony, ask strategic questions to understand client needs, handle negotiations and objections with professionalism, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- Provide comprehensive post-sale support to clients in accordance with Maison values, serving as a trusted referent and offering expert recommendations
- Communicate with passion about the Maison's heritage, values, and design codes; articulate the story and provenance of pieces to resonate authentically with clientele
- Provide detailed descriptions of Maison collections, including construction techniques, materials, care instructions, and design philosophy, to reinforce brand uniqueness and positioning
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all Maison collections, adapt sales approach based on customer profile, and promote the exclusivity of timepieces
- Remain current on industry developments, competitive landscape, and market trends
- Understand and comply with all security, safety, and operational policies and procedures established by the Group, Maison, and boutique
- Assist with daily boutique setup, breakdown, and communicate maintenance issues to management
- Support merchandising activities, daily maintenance of displays, and proper management of back-stock inventory
- Participate actively in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits
- Support special projects as needed, including price changes and back-office responsibilities
Qualifications
- Proven success and substantial experience in luxury retail or premium service environments in a comparable sales and customer service position
- Demonstrable knowledge of local market dynamics, competitive landscape, and client preferences
- Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in additional foreign languages highly valued
- Strong familiarity with general IT skills and Microsoft Office suite
- Dynamic, passionate, and self-driven professional with genuine commitment to representing a prestigious Maison

Proven track record of success in luxury retail or premium service delivery in a sales and customer service role. Strong local market knowledge with awareness of competitive positioning and client demographics. Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture relationships with both local and international clientele through consistent engagement and personalized service.
Education
No specific educational qualifications are mandated; however, a background in hospitality, retail management, or business is advantageous.
