Richemont Client Advisor – French Speaking role in Amsterdam. Join our luxury retail team and deliver exceptional clienteling expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized consultancy and styling guidance to discerning clientele
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement
- Execute sales transactions with a focus on luxury brand standards and service excellence
- Leverage clienteling systems to document preferences and purchase history
- Contribute to sales targets and revenue objectives
- Maintain expert knowledge of current product collections and brand heritage
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail or hospitality environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness

Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or premium hospitality is highly valued; minimum 1–2 years in a client-facing advisory role is preferred.
Education
