Richemont Client Advisor position in Amsterdam, fluent in German and Czech; luxury retail sales role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage clients with product expertise and personalized recommendations across the luxury portfolio
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining service excellence
- Cultivate client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and clienteling
- Support visual merchandising initiatives and maintain store presentation standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and service objectives
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and Czech required
- Previous experience in luxury retail or client-facing hospitality roles
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong product knowledge and sales acumen
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or premium client services is preferred. Demonstrated success in building client relationships and achieving sales performance targets.
Education
