Richemont seeks multilingual Client Advisor in Amsterdam with French fluency for luxury retail client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with discerning clients through personalized consultation and service
- Provide expert product knowledge regarding jewellery, watches, or accessories within assigned categories
- Guide clients through the purchase journey with discretion, refinement, and attention to detail
- Document client preferences and purchase history to inform future interactions and recommendations
- Operate boutique systems and processes to ensure seamless transaction management
- Contribute to boutique sales targets and performance metrics while prioritizing client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, spoken and written
- Demonstrated experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end client service
- Understanding of jewellery, watches, or comparable luxury product categories
- Professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality, or high-end client-facing roles is preferred. Familiarity with jewellery or watchmaking environments is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education; additional qualification in luxury retail, hospitality management, or jewellery studies is valued but not required.
