Richemont seeks a Client Advisor (Spanish & Portuguese) in Amsterdam — bilingual retail role delivering luxury client service and sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, relationship-driven client service to a high-net-worth and international clientele, proactively building and maintaining client portfolios in Spanish and Portuguese.
- Achieve sales targets and KPI objectives through consultative selling, expert product presentation and effective clienteling strategies.
- Manage in-store appointments, follow-up communications and after-sales care using CRM and POS processes to maximise client retention and lifetime value.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across collections and articulate technical and heritage details to clients in Spanish and Portuguese.
- Ensure impeccable merchandise presentation, store standards and stock accuracy, collaborating with visual merchandising and store management.
- Contribute to local marketing initiatives, trunk shows and private client events to generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken Spanish and Portuguese; strong command of English preferred.
- Proven experience in luxury retail, watches or high-jewellery sales, with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and the ability to engage sophisticated international clients.
- Professional appearance and discretion consistent with a premium luxury environment.
- Right to work in the Netherlands (preferred).

Experience
Typically 2+ years' experience in luxury retail, premium sales or client-facing roles within watches, jewellery or high-end fashion, with demonstrable success in client acquisition and retention.
Education
Secondary education; vocational training or certifications in retail, luxury sales or hospitality preferred.
