Delvaux seeks a Client Adviser for its Tokyo boutique to deliver luxury leather goods expertise and exceptional customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage domestic and international clients as a brand ambassador, elevating loyalty to Delvaux and the broader Richemont group
- Continuously elevate service quality and embody a culture of warm, genuine hospitality toward all customers
- Develop profound knowledge of the maison's vision, service methodology, and product heritage to provide optimal advisory guidance
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while driving revenue growth
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate proactively to optimize stock allocation
- Maintain immaculate visual merchandising throughout the boutique, ensuring adherence to Delvaux standards and brand image representation
- Execute all operational duties correctly, including point-of-sale transactions, merchandise orders, CRM operations, and customer service protocols
- Understand and apply policies and guidelines established by Richemont group, the maison, and the boutique
