Client Adviser position at Richemont Tokyo — luxury retail sales and personalized customer service for discerning clientele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients through personalized service and consultative selling
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across Richemont's luxury portfolio and provide expert recommendations tailored to client preferences
- Process transactions with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring seamless checkout experiences
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Support visual merchandising initiatives and maintain an impeccably presented retail environment
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns with discretion and grace
- Participate in client events, product launches, and special shopping experiences
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end clienteling
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with affluent, discerning clientele
- Professional presentation and demeanor befitting a luxury brand environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an orientation toward client service

Skills
Experience

Education
