Richemont Client Adviser position in Nagoya, Tokyo. Luxury retail sales and client relationship management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and attentive consultation
  • Present and demonstrate luxury products with comprehensive product knowledge and brand heritage
  • Identify client preferences and requirements to recommend appropriate offerings
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance metrics
  • Maintain exceptional standards of presentation and store environment
