Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to cultivate lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through active selling, upselling and cross-selling of product assortments.
  • Manage the end-to-end client experience including consultations, product presentations, fitting, after‑sales care and clienteling follow-up.
  • Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, product presentation, housekeeping and merchandising resets within the assigned area.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately; handle transactions, receipts, returns and reconciliations in line with brand procedures.
  • Manage stock: receiving, stock rotation, inventory checks and timely reporting of discrepancies or shrinkage.
  • Contribute to CRM records and outreach activities to develop client dossiers and personalised communications.
  • Collaborate with boutique colleagues and store management on events, launches and in-store promotions.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for high-touch, consultative selling in a premium or luxury retail environment.
  • Professional presentation, impeccable grooming and strong interpersonal skills suited to a luxury clientele.
  • Reliable numeracy and experience handling cash, POS transactions and basic reconciliation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, including follow-up and CRM usage.
  • Flexible availability to work retail shifts, weekends and peak trading periods.
  • Permitted to work in Japan for the duration of the fixed-term contract.

Experience
