Cartier Client Adviser position in Hiroshima, Japan. Luxury jewellery and watch sales role combining client service excellence with boutique operations expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales and client service across Cartier's jewellery and watch collections
- Develop and maintain client relationships through attentive listening and personalised recommendations
- Manage customer records and inventory systems to ensure seamless service delivery
- Coordinate jewellery and watch repair requests and follow-up service communication
- Execute boutique operations and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Participate in ongoing training programmes to deepen product knowledge and sales expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of professional sales and client service experience
- Proven experience in luxury goods retail, jewellery, watches, or equivalent high-end customer service sectors (luxury automotive, hospitality, fashion, or aviation)
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client trust through flexible, attentive service
- Strong teamwork and collaborative capabilities in fast-paced retail environments
- GIA G.G. certification, Jewellery Coordinator credentials, or watch maintenance expertise (preferred)
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and/or English (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of professional sales and client service experience in luxury retail, jewellery, watches, or equivalent high-end customer service environments such as luxury automotive, premium hospitality, high-end fashion, or aviation. Boutique management or department store experience is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional jewellery, horology, or gemology certification (GIA G.G., Jewellery Coordinator, watch maintenance) is preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Hiroshima, Hiroshima, Japan.
