Cartier Client Adviser position in Fukuoka, Japan. Fixed-term retail sales and customer service role with comprehensive training and mentorship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute client sales and consultations within the Cartier boutique, delivering personalized service aligned with maison heritage and brand values
- Manage customer relationships and inventory associated with sales operations
- Process jewelry and watch repair requests with meticulous attention to detail
- Perform operational tasks supporting retail sales functions and client experience
- Participate in four-day induction training covering Cartier's history, product knowledge, and sales methodology
- Engage in three-month buddy mentorship program to develop specialized boutique expertise
- Attend follow-up training modules to advance professional capabilities

Experience
Sales and customer service experience required. Preference given to candidates with: luxury consumer goods or jewelry and watch retail background; customer service experience in luxury automotive, hospitality, apparel, or aviation sectors; minimum two years of professional experience with demonstrated sales and client engagement; or proven experience in team-oriented retail environments. Brand passion valued; multilingual capabilities in Chinese or English highly desirable.
