Richemont Client Adviser position in Fukuoka. Deliver luxury retail service and build client relationships within a prestigious brand environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client consultation and product recommendations across Richemont's luxury portfolio
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive engagement and follow-up communications
- Achieve sales targets whilst maintaining focus on client satisfaction and loyalty
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and communicate brand heritage and craftsmanship
- Process transactions accurately and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Maintain a polished personal appearance and present an exemplary brand ambassador demeanor
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end client services
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Fluency in Japanese and English
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium client services is preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualifications in business, hospitality, or related fields are advantageous.
