Richemont seeks a City Director in Dallas to lead retail operations, P&L and client strategy across Richemont maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own commercial and operational performance for Richemont maisons within the Dallas market, driving top-line growth and margin improvement.
- Lead P&L accountability for the city, including budgeting, forecasting and corrective action to meet financial targets.
- Define and execute the local retail strategy in close collaboration with maison heads, merchandising and marketing to optimise assortment, pricing and promotions.
- Develop and sustain a best‑in‑class client experience through clienteling, VIP service programmes and bespoke events that strengthen long‑term relationships.
- Recruit, develop and coach store leadership and sales teams to elevate selling skills, product knowledge and luxury service standards.
- Ensure consistent implementation of visual merchandising, store standards and brand guidelines across all points of sale.
- Oversee inventory management, replenishment, loss‑prevention and operational controls to protect margin and brand integrity.
- Act as the primary local liaison with landlords, service providers and external partners; represent Richemont maisons at city‑level industry and client events.
- Analyse market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for network optimisation, store openings or trade area initiatives.
- Promote compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements and Richemont’s ethical and CSR standards at retail level.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable leadership experience within luxury retail — ideally holding multi‑store or market responsibility for a major maison or group.
- Proven P&L ownership with a track record of delivering consistent sales growth and margin expansion.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in assortment planning, pricing strategy and KPI analysis.
- Excellent people leadership capabilities with experience in talent development, succession planning and change management.
- Superior client development skills and a history of growing VIP and private client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align maison, regional and local priorities.

Experience
At least eight years of progressive experience in luxury retail, including several years with multi‑store or market leadership and demonstrable responsibility for commercial and operational results.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Luxury Brand Management or a related discipline. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
