Watchfinder seeks CRO Manager in West Malling, UK. Lead conversion optimization, manage testing programs, and drive revenue growth for premium pre-owned watches.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver new revenue and engagement-driving programs while evolving existing strategies
  • Manage the optimization and engagement roadmap, including A/B testing, multivariate testing (MVT), segmentation, and personalization initiatives
  • Optimize key customer touchpoints across Watchfinder's digital surfaces to increase engagement
  • Monitor and analyze core business KPIs and provide recommendations for content discovery and revenue opportunities
  • Implement systematized conversion testing using a new content management system (CMS) while managing and maintaining site content
  • Supervise and provide continuous development to the Senior CRO executive
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Commercial teams to identify improvement opportunities and translate insights into actionable optimization initiatives
  • Report on program performance and impact against business KPIs
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, website performance, and customer journeys using analytics and journey analysis tools
  • Champion a culture of continuous testing and optimization across the organization

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in digital customer engagement, conversion optimization, or related roles
  • Proven experience with customer journey analysis tools such as ContentSquare or FullStory
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with A/B and multivariate testing platforms such as Adobe Target or Optimizely
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results
  • Excellent relationship-building capabilities within marketing and cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter mentality with creative problem-solving abilities and quick learning capability
  • Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and comfort with data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrated passion for driving results and continuous improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in metrics interpretation and hypothesis articulation
