Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts, identifying and building relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations
  • Set clear sales call objectives, develop tailored presentations aligned to customer needs and concerns, gather relevant information, and secure agreement to customer requirements
  • Cultivate personal networks within the business sector, represent the organization at industry events to obtain market intelligence and enhance organizational visibility and reputation
  • Configure complex product-and-services solutions and associated contractual terms meeting customers' mid- to long-term needs; present solutions and negotiate agreements within predefined commercial parameters
  • Manage pricing and terms projects, negotiating with external strategic partners on pricing structures and commercial terms
  • Control specific business performance metrics, ensuring strategic alignment with financial goals and organizational objectives
  • Manage a portfolio of contracts, negotiate service-level agreements, and supervise activities related to major account management
  • Oversee implementation and maintenance of CRM systems, identifying and communicating opportunities for system enhancement and improved customer relationship management
  • Implement and control compliance management for specific segments of the organization's external partners
  • Develop product education courses and training programs to improve team performance and meet business requirements
  • Act as subject matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, and operational management, maintaining external accreditations and current knowledge of emerging regulations and industry best practices
