The Change Management Intern supports Change Managers with organisational change and project delivery for Retail and other group initiatives, including workshops, stakeholder engagement, communications and reporting. The six-month full-time internship starts in February 2027 and requires a school or university internship agreement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Change Managers with workshops, stakeholder engagement, communications and reporting for Retail and other group initiatives.
- Help plan workshops and stakeholder meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations and invitations, and managing follow-ups.
- Draft communications and support newsletters, stakeholder updates and reporting.
- Compile activity data, maintain team documentation and coordinate schedules across stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings and training while learning change, adoption and engagement practices.
- Provide flexible administrative and project support as priorities evolve.
Qualifications
- Currently studying for a bachelor's degree or a recent graduate in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology or a related field.
- Strong organisational, time-management, written communication and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using PowerPoint, Canvas, Word, Excel or other creation tools.
- Curious, proactive and collaborative.
- A school or university internship agreement is required.
- Available for six months from February 2027.
