Richemont seeks Central Visual Merchandiser in Paris for fixed-term contract; lead visual merchandising strategy and standards for luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand positioning and seasonal campaigns
- Create compelling window displays and in-store visual concepts that drive customer engagement and sales
- Establish and enforce visual merchandising standards across multiple retail locations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including retail operations, marketing, and store management
- Conduct site visits and provide guidance to store teams on visual presentation standards
- Monitor trends and competitor activity to ensure competitive positioning
- Manage visual merchandising budgets and supplier relationships for display materials
Qualifications
- Proven experience in visual merchandising within the luxury sector or equivalent
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative visual concepts and retail installations
- Excellent spatial design and aesthetic sensibility
- Ability to work cross-functionally with retail and marketing teams
- Project management skills with attention to detail

5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or related creative field within a luxury environment
Education
Degree in Visual Arts, Design, Marketing, or related field preferred
