Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the central demand planning team, setting strategic direction and performance standards across all brands and regions
  • Develop and implement demand forecasting methodologies and statistical models to drive accuracy and inventory optimization
  • Collaborate with commercial, merchandising, and supply chain stakeholders to align demand plans with sales forecasts and inventory targets
  • Oversee the preparation and management of seasonal demand plans, promotional strategies, and supply chain scenarios
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to forecast accuracy, stock turns, and inventory levels; identify optimization opportunities
  • Manage relationships with regional planning teams and ensure consistent application of demand planning best practices
  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions and tools to enhance forecasting capabilities and supply chain visibility

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or similar strategic role within luxury or multinational retail environments
  • Proven track record leading large planning teams and managing complex, multi-brand demand planning operations
  • Advanced proficiency in demand planning software, statistical forecasting, and inventory management systems
