Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all downstream planning processes including demand forecasting coordination with regional teams and upstream supply chain needs calculations
• Oversee cross-functional project stakeholder coordination on transversal processes spanning product innovation, lifecycle management, budgeting, and inventory optimization
• Facilitate monthly planning cycles encompassing sales forecasting, needs calculation, projected inventory, forecast-budget variance analysis, and related reporting
• Direct annual and tactical planning processes including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) execution and governance
• Champion change management initiatives across central supply chain and regional operations to ensure adoption of new processes and systems
• Maintain excellence standards across the global planning community through targeted training programs, seminars, and continuous improvement action plans
• Manage and develop a team of central planners, providing mentorship and strategic direction

Qualifications

• Significant executive experience as a Supply Chain Division Director or equivalent senior leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to build and engage high-performing teams across multiple functions and geographies
• Deep understanding of supply chain business drivers and strategic opportunity identification
• Strong long-term strategic vision capability applied to complex planning initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and partnership skills with diverse internal and external partners
• Proven leadership capability with persuasive communication skills to present and secure buy-in for strategic recommendations
• Advanced proficiency in English

Experience

Significant experience as a Supply Chain Division Director or equivalent leadership role managing end-to-end planning processes, demand forecasting, and cross-functional teams. Proven track record of driving process excellence, managing complex stakeholder environments, and leading large-scale planning initiatives in a global context.

Education

Advanced degree in supply chain management, operations, business administration, or related field preferred.
