Richemont seeks a Cashier-Stock Associate for a luxury boutique in Monaco. Manage inventory, cash, and service operations full-time.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Record and track all inventory movements including receipts, inter-store transfers, consignment goods, submissions, shipments, and returns, ensuring quantitative and qualitative compliance
  • Maintain perpetual accuracy between physical stock and system records; identify, analyze, and reconcile inventory discrepancies
  • Actively contribute to loss prevention and product security protocols
  • Create, monitor, and coordinate repair orders; manage spare parts procurement and verify workshop quotes
  • Ensure compliance documentation and complete traceability throughout the repair process; serve as operational liaison between boutique, workshops, and central teams
  • Participate in annual fiscal inventories and weekly/monthly partial counts; analyze variances and contribute to corrective action plans
  • Enforce group and house compliance standards rigorously; perform daily payment method controls during cash closures
  • Secure financial and transactional flows; monitor and ensure compliance with required documentation (AML/KYC, tax-free sales, export procedures, customer data protection)
  • Master and support daily use of all retail digital tools (App2US, transactional systems, reporting); provide first-level operational assistance and identify process improvements
  • Participate in system testing, pilot programs, rollouts, and updates; train colleagues on new functionalities and system evolutions
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage and work areas; ensure opening and closing procedures according to schedule
  • Collaborate regularly with logistics, supply chain, retail back office, visual merchandising, communications, IT retail, and high jewelry teams
