Stock and Operations Associate at Richemont, Monaco. Luxury retail inventory, compliance, and operations role. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Register and track all inventory movements including receipts, inter-store transfers, consignments, submissions, shipments, and returns, verifying quantitative and qualitative compliance
- Maintain permanent accuracy between physical and system inventory; identify, analyze, and resolve stock discrepancies
- Actively prevent loss and secure high-value luxury products
- Create and monitor repair orders; manage spare parts procurement and workshop quotations; ensure timely follow-up and documentation compliance
- Address service anomalies and maintain complete traceability of all repair processes
- Serve as operational liaison between boutique, workshops, and central teams
- Participate in annual fiscal inventories and weekly/monthly partial inventories; analyze variances and contribute to corrective action plans
- Ensure strict compliance with House and Group compliance rules; conduct daily payment reconciliations at cash closures
- Secure financial and transactional flows; manage AML/KYC procedures, tax-free documentation, export compliance, and customer data protection
- Control commercial procedures including discounts, exchanges, returns, and reservations
- Provide operational support during sensitive transactions; prepare for and support internal and external audits
- Master all retail digital tools including App2US and transactional systems; provide first-level operational support to sales teams
- Identify process improvement opportunities; simplify procedures and reduce data entry duplication
- Accompany and train colleagues during onboarding, system updates, and new feature rollouts
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage and work spaces; ensure opening and closing procedures according to schedule
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Retail Back Office, Visual Merchandising, Press & Communications, IT Retail, and High Jewelry departments

Skills
Experience
Proven experience in luxury retail operations, inventory management, or stock control within a high-end retail environment is strongly preferred. Experience with luxury goods, jewelry, or watches retail is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in inventory management or retail operations is a plus.
