Richemont Cashier role in Istanbul – process boutique transactions with financial accuracy and client service excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process all client transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit card, bank transfer, and VAT refund transactions
  • Support sales associates and client services teams during the sales process and resolve payment-related queries
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures of the cash desk with full reconciliation of cash balances and payment records
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing, product references, discounts, and payment details before completing transactions
  • Prepare transaction reports and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company procedures
  • Prepare and process bank deposits in compliance with company guidelines and financial controls
  • Maintain strict adherence to financial controls, policies, and compliance procedures; support internal and external audits
  • Assist with stock receptions, transfers, and administrative tasks; contribute to smooth boutique operations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a cashier, retail operations, administrative, or customer service role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and retail/POS systems
  • Fluent in Turkish and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset
