Richemont seeks a Cash Administrator in Villars‑sur‑Glâne, Switzerland to manage daily cash operations, reconciliations and treasury reporting.

Role & Responsibilities
- Execute and control daily cash operations including payments processing, receipts, and bank transfers.
- Perform daily bank account monitoring and reconciliations across multi‑currency accounts and entities.
- Prepare short‑ and medium‑term cash forecasts and liquidity reports for treasury and finance stakeholders.
- Manage intercompany cash movements, cash pooling and netting activities; ensure correct accounting and settlement.
- Maintain and update bank account structures, signatory matrices and banking mandates in coordination with legal and local teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, group treasury policies and local regulatory requirements; support SOX and internal audits.
- Liaise with banks and external providers for payment troubleshooting, SWIFT messaging and bank connectivity issues.
- Produce recurring treasury reporting and KPIs; assist with month‑end and year‑end close tasks related to cash and bank reconciliations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in treasury, cash management or payments within a multinational corporate environment.
- Solid knowledge of bank reconciliation techniques, cash forecasting and intercompany payments.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, audit processes and regulatory requirements relevant to treasury.
- Fluent business proficiency in English; French language skills are advantageous given the Villars‑sur‑Glâne location.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

Experience
Minimum three years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, cash management or payments operations, preferably within a multinational or luxury goods environment. Demonstrated experience handling multi‑currency cash flows, bank relationships and treasury systems.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; professional treasury or accounting certification is a plus.
