Cartier Tokyo seeks a Care Service Advisor to deliver exceptional after-sales service for watches and jewelry at the luxury boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with attention to detail and guide them through the complete service intake and delivery process, from repair assessment to handover
  • Interview clients to understand service requirements and clearly explain repair options, quotations, and timelines in accessible language
  • Monitor product condition upon receipt and manage service progress to minimize delays, providing regular updates to clients
  • Orchestrate the delivery experience and ensure post-collection follow-up for outstanding repairs
  • Recommend complementary products such as leather straps, refills, and accessories to enhance client offerings and drive boutique revenue
  • Execute quick-service operations including engraving, embossing, and polishing to deliver immediate client gratification
  • Manage daily counter operations including cash reconciliation, invoice generation, inventory management of straps and supplies, and material organization
  • Proactively identify process improvements to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Train and mentor OMS staff and junior team members on service protocols including intake, returns, and sales techniques
  • Collaborate with boutique technicians to address complex client concerns and deliver integrated solutions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury brand customer service and sales, or equivalent expertise in watches or jewelry after-sales support
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with empathy and professionalism in a service-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills with proficiency in cash handling, inventory management, and data entry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese; English fluency strongly preferred
