Richemont seeks a Campus Operations Supervisor in Villars-sur-Glâne, Switzerland to optimize daily operations, manage compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive operational support to ensure smooth daily functioning and continuity of campus activities
  • Implement streamlined processes to alleviate workload burdens on existing teams
  • Collect and analyze diverse datasets to enable effective departmental stewardship
  • Design and implement data collection and tracking tools across domains such as security, real estate, energy management, and housekeeping for the Villars-sur-Glâne site
  • Establish and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance, identify bottlenecks, and justify strategic adjustments
  • Deliver foundational administrative support to the department, ensuring proper execution of routine tasks and document management
  • Actively contribute to designing and implementing scalable, sustainable solutions for data management and IT compliance, including participation in data architecture and collection process definition
  • Organize and optimize mail distribution across the site, proposing and implementing solutions that balance service quality, knowledge retention, and traceability
  • Apply and enforce procurement compliance policies, defining clear guidelines, integrating them into systems, and training relevant teams
  • Actively monitor purchasing processes, correct deviations, and engage stakeholders
  • Execute a systematic approach to competitive bidding and market price comparison for all departmental contracts and purchases (Building Operations Services), covering a broad range of goods and services including cleaning contracts, civil works, and miscellaneous supplies

Qualifications

  • Diploma from a Business School (HEG), engineering school, or professional certification in IT
