Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end campus recruitment and early careers programmes for the Paris site, including sourcing, selection and onboarding of interns, apprentices and graduate hires.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, grandes écoles and vocational institutions; design and execute campus events, masterclasses and employer-branding initiatives.
  • Coordinate selection processes with hiring managers: create role briefs, screen candidates, organise assessment days and provide candidate feedback.
  • Manage internship and apprenticeship lifecycle administration to ensure compliance with French labour law and internal HR policies.
  • Design and deliver onboarding and integration plans for early-career hires, collaborating with learning teams and line managers to accelerate productivity.
  • Track programme KPIs and produce regular reporting on talent pipelines, conversion rates and time-to-fill for early-career roles.
  • Advise business leaders on campus talent strategy, salary benchmarking for internships/apprenticeships and improvements to candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in campus recruitment, early careers programmes or internships/apprenticeship management, ideally within luxury retail, fashion or consumer goods.
  • Strong knowledge of French labour law as it relates to internships, apprenticeships and fixed-term contracts.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain institutional partnerships and to organise large-scale campus events.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience advising hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
