Richemont seeks a CAD Modelling Designer to create and refine three-dimensional product models according to marketing briefs and design department specifications. The role encompasses the complete modelling cycle from conceptualization through final validation, supporting the development of innovative luxury jewelry, watches, and high-end accessories while maintaining the heritage and craftsmanship standards of the Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and execute 3D CAD models of new products in strict accordance with Marketing Brief parameters and Design department drawings
- Refine and iterate on modelling designs through comprehensive validation phases until final approval
- Collaborate with the Design and Marketing departments to interpret technical requirements and translate them into precise digital models
- Document modelling processes and maintain comprehensive digital asset libraries for product development cycles
- Communicate design modifications and technical constraints to cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project alignment
Qualifications
- Proficiency in advanced CAD software platforms for jewelry and accessories design
- Demonstrated expertise in creating detailed 3D models of luxury products
- Strong understanding of luxury product design principles and craftsmanship standards
- Ability to interpret marketing briefs and technical design specifications with precision
Skills
Experience
Experienced practitioner capable of working independently on complex modelling projects, with a proven portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating high-quality 3D models for luxury goods or comparable product categories.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of technical education in design, product development, engineering, or a related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Valenza, Piedmont, Italy, with easy access to Turin.
