Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a CAD Designer in Lyon. Model jewelry designs, optimize manufacturing processes, and join a storied high jewelry maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Model unique jewelry pieces using CAD software based on client specifications and technical requirements
- Collaborate with Technical Experts to identify and resolve technical challenges in design and manufacturing
- Anticipate design and industrialization issues based on piece type and target manufacturing methods
- Maintain the Maison's technical data management system with completed CAD files
- Actively contribute to optimization of manufacturing operational processes
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, refine design concepts, and update CAD files accordingly
- Participate in an integration program across the various trades of the Lyon Workshops
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the jewelry industry
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Genuine passion for luxury jewelry craftsmanship and artisanal expertise
