Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement for assigned categories, including supplier selection, purchase orders, delivery follow-up and invoice reconciliation.
  • Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships; negotiate commercial terms, lead times and quality agreements to secure competitive cost and service levels.
  • Collaborate closely with design, merchandising and supply‑chain teams to align sourcing with assortment plans, production schedules and quality standards.
  • Conduct demand forecasting and inventory planning to optimise stock levels and reduce obsolescence while supporting sales and margin objectives.
  • Monitor supplier performance and quality control processes; implement corrective actions and continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Analyse purchase data, cost structures and margins to identify savings opportunities and inform category strategies and buying decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies, sourcing guidelines and any relevant regulatory or sustainability requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion, Purchasing or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record in procurement or buying within luxury goods, watches/jewellery, premium accessories or upscale retail environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing international suppliers, contracts and commercial terms.
  • Excellent analytical ability with experience in demand forecasting, cost analysis and inventory management.
  • Fluency in business-level communication and ability to work across multicultural, cross-functional teams.
