Vacheron Constantin: 6-month Business Performance Intern position in Plan-les-Ouates, supporting financial planning, forecasting and analytics in luxury watchmaking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support preparation and consolidation of monthly forecasting cycles, budgets, and strategic plans
- Perform data validation and consistency checks to identify missing information or discrepancies before review
- Prepare planning templates, trackers and supporting documentation to facilitate forecasting and business planning activities
- Prepare recurring analyses to support performance monitoring and provide analytical foundation for business reviews
- Perform first-level variance analyses to identify business trends, anomalies and potential performance drivers
- Prepare charts, tables and data visualizations for leadership presentations and performance reviews
- Support maintenance and continuous improvement of reporting tools and dashboards
- Participate in testing and validating new reports and dashboards developed in Looker
- Support identification of opportunities to automate manual reporting activities and improve reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar field
- Strong ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
- Fluency in English and French
- Collaborative spirit with excellent interpersonal skills

A strong interest in commercial performance, business planning and analytics; proactive, enthusiastic, curious and agile approach to learning; ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar field.
