Richemont Business Performance Intern in Amsterdam – 6-month luxury operations analytics role supporting systems optimization and automation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, tracking, and improvement of standard KPIs and activity drivers across operations
- Develop and support automated dashboards to monitor performance metrics and operational health
- Identify and support initiatives that simplify ways of working, increase productivity, and eliminate non-value-added activities
- Collaborate with European markets and the IT department in Switzerland to identify data automation opportunities and support their implementation
- Provide analytical insights and recommendations based on detailed performance data analysis
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or related discipline for the entire duration of the internship
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Looker or Power BI
- Fluency in English

Education
