Richemont seeks a Business Performance Coordinator (UAE National) in Dubai to support financial reporting, KPI analysis and retail performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support monthly and ad-hoc business performance reporting for the UAE region, consolidating sales, margin and inventory KPIs.
- Produce and maintain management dashboards and presentations for commercial and finance stakeholders.
- Perform variance analysis versus budget and forecast, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities to drive corrective action.
- Collaborate with retail, wholesale and finance teams to ensure data integrity and timely submission of regional results.
- Assist with forecasting, monthly close activities and preparation of executive pack materials.
- Contribute to the development and automation of reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond to commercial requests and deliver actionable insights to store managers and regional leadership.
Qualifications
- UAE national (emirate citizenship) — local hiring requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, statistics or a related discipline.
- Minimum two years’ experience in financial analysis, commercial performance or retail analytics preferred.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to communicate analyses and recommendations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on experience supporting commercial or finance functions within retail, luxury goods, or related industries, with demonstrable involvement in reporting, KPI analysis and stakeholder-facing deliverables.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, statistics or a closely related field.
