Role & Responsibilities
- Support the business performance team by collecting, cleansing and analysing sales, traffic and conversion data to monitor retail KPIs.
- Maintain and enrich CRM/clienteling databases to improve client segmentation, lifecycle tracking and personalised outreach.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for retail managers and regional leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with boutique teams, regional retail operations and digital colleagues to align clienteling initiatives with omnichannel sales strategies.
- Participate in testing and roll-out of CRM features, POS integrations and clienteling campaigns; support training materials and user adoption activities.
- Contribute to small strategic projects (e.g., client segmentation, campaign performance analysis, A/B tests) under the guidance of senior analysts.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to data quality and KPI definition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to summarise quantitative findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated interest in luxury retail, client experience and CRM-led selling.
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple short-term deliverables within a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
Previous internships or project experience in retail analytics, CRM, marketing analytics or commercial reporting is preferred but not mandatory; experience working with POS/CRM systems is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate student in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Data Science or a closely related field.
