Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to a corporate team, including calendar management, meeting coordination and expense reconciliation.
- Prepare clear, data-driven presentations and reports for internal stakeholders using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Assist with desk research, market and competitor analysis, and ad hoc benchmarking tasks.
- Support project workstreams by compiling data, tracking deliverables and following up with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to events and internal initiatives, including logistics, vendor liaison and on-site assistance where required.
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with corporate policies and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree programme in business, luxury management, communications, finance or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace.
- Curiosity about the luxury goods industry and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.

Previous internships or part-time experience in a corporate, retail or luxury environment is advantageous but not required; candidates should demonstrate proactive teamwork, basic analytical ability and familiarity with office productivity tools.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, communications, marketing, finance, luxury management or a related field.
