Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of international seminars and programs, including Team gatherings, Watch Board, High Jewelry Board, and cultural initiatives
• Coordinate kick-off and task force meetings with diverse stakeholders and departments
• Track participant attendance and manage welcome communications
• Manage logistics and vendor relationships for events, including restaurants, hotels, and ancillary services
• Conduct post-event surveys and deliver presentations to evaluate participant satisfaction
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations for senior leadership
• Analyze business data and KPIs to generate insights on High Jewelry performance metrics and produce post-event and fiscal year reports
• Support the development of training content and professional development pathways for High Jewelry Sales Associates
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the team and broader department

Qualifications

• Business School degree, University degree, or equivalent qualification (BAC+5)
• Analytical and solution-driven mindset with meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated interest in high jewelry and service excellence
• Proactive, organized, and creative approach to problem-solving

Skills

Experience

Experience in business development, retail operations, event coordination, or a related field within the luxury sector is preferred but not required for this internship position.

Education

Business School, University, or equivalent qualification at BAC+5 level.
