Richemont in London seeks a Business Controller Intern to support financial planning, reporting and analysis for the group's operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support month‑end and ad‑hoc financial reporting, including preparation of management packs and variance commentary.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and rolling reforecasts; consolidate inputs and maintain driver-based models.
- Perform detailed variance analysis between actuals, budgets and prior periods and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to KPI tracking and dashboard maintenance to support regional and brand controllers.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, operations, merchandising) to validate cost and revenue assumptions and ensure accounting accuracy.
- Help identify process improvements and automation opportunities within reporting and planning workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
- Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work to deadlines and present clear, structured analysis.

Experience
Previous internships or work experience (typically 6–12 months total) in finance, accounting or business control are preferred. Demonstrable exposure to management reporting or financial planning processes is an advantage.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a closely related field.
