Richemont seeks a Business Analytics Intern to conduct customer and campaign analyses, prepare datasets and present actionable insights. This work-study contract lasts 12 or 24 months, starts as soon as possible and is based in Paris; the preferred schedule is two or three days per week in the company, with other training schedules also considered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic analytical studies to address the business challenges of the Houses and Group functions, including analyzing customer behaviors and journeys, identifying acquisition, loyalty and repeat-purchase drivers, and measuring the impact of campaigns and customer interactions.
- Query databases, primarily using SQL, to explore and prepare relevant, reliable datasets for analysis.
- Build concise presentations, translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations, and present them to varied stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master 1 or Master 2 (Bac+4/5) at a business school, engineering school or university, specializing in Data or Statistics.
- Prior use of SQL in an academic project, internship, personal experience or coursework.
- Comfort with Python is a strong plus.
- Strong interest in data analysis and an understanding of business challenges.
- Curiosity, rigour and a strong desire to learn and progress in Data and its application to business challenges.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
