Richemont seeks a Business Analyst in Moscavide, Portugal to deliver reporting, analytics and systems support for cross-functional stakeholders.
Role & Responsibilities
- Elicit, document and validate business requirements with stakeholders across finance, commercial and operational teams.
- Translate requirements into clear specifications for analytics, reporting and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain management reports, KPIs and dashboards to inform decision-making.
- Perform data analysis, prepare insights and present recommendations to business leaders.
- Support implementation activities including configuration review, user acceptance testing (UAT) and go‑live readiness.
- Drive process-mapping and continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT, data teams and external vendors to ensure data integrity and solution delivery.
- Provide ad-hoc analyses and support for cross-functional projects and transformation programmes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline.
- Typically 3+ years of business analysis, reporting or analytics experience; prior exposure to retail, luxury goods or consumer-facing businesses preferred.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, create functional specifications and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Track record of delivering reports, dashboards or system enhancements in a matrix environment.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and competency in translating data into actionable business insight.

Experience
Mid-level: typically 3+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, reporting or analytics, ideally with exposure to ERP/BI systems and cross-functional project delivery within retail or consumer industries.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
