Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation frameworks and lifetime-value models to inform CRM, merchandising and after-sales strategy.
- Design, build and operationalize dashboards and reports for Marketing, Retail and After‑Sales using BI tools; deliver actionable KPIs and cohort analyses.
- Translate transactional, CRM and digital data into prescriptive insights and campaign measurement, including A/B testing and uplift analysis.
- Collaborate with CRM, e‑commerce, retail and IT stakeholders to define data requirements, implement data quality controls and ensure governance of customer datasets.
