Richemont seeks an experienced Building Mechanic in New York to maintain and repair facility mechanical systems.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot building mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs across the facility
- Inspect building systems and components to identify issues before they escalate
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repair work when necessary
- Document all maintenance activities and equipment repairs in the building management system
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes in all mechanical work
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
