Richemont seeks a Project Manager, Brand Strategy & Planning in New York to lead strategic brand initiatives. $100k–$120k + incentives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate project briefs aligned with strategic ambitions and goals of the Maison, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, roles, responsibilities, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Lead and oversee execution of strategic projects, ensuring adherence to objectives and deadlines while proactively monitoring progress and identifying derailment risks with contingency planning
- Create and maintain effective communication channels between all project stakeholders, providing tailored updates to project taskforces, North American executives, and international leadership
- Foster collaborative environments, motivating and guiding cross-functional project teams to achieve objectives and pursue creative solutions while maintaining confidentiality and building trusted relationships
- Conduct thorough post-project analyses, highlighting key performance indicators and measuring success against defined objectives
- Document key success factors and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations for future projects and organizational processes
- Contribute to the definition and articulation of strategic presentations and ad hoc decks including Market Action Plans, Category Action Plans, and Business Reviews
- Support market research and competitive analysis initiatives to inform brand positioning and strategic decision-making
- Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions to enable cross-functional collaboration and strategic synchronization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience with focus on brand strategy, marketing, or brand development, preferably within the luxury goods sector
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Proven expertise in presentation design and data visualization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong proficiency in project management software and tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project preferred)
- Proactive, self-directed problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail
- Highly collaborative team player with experience in cross-functional environments

Minimum 4 years of project management experience with demonstrated success delivering projects across all phases. Preferred background in brand strategy, marketing, or brand development within the luxury goods sector or similar high-end industries.
