Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and translate long‑term brand positioning into actionable annual brand and activation plans aligned with global and regional business objectives.
  • Develop consumer and market insights to inform product, pricing and go‑to‑market decisions; own target consumer segmentation and value propositions.
  • Lead budget allocation, demand planning and KPI setting for brand initiatives; monitor performance and adjust plans through rigorous analysis.
  • Partner closely with product, creative, retail, e‑commerce, clienteling and regional commercial teams to ensure cohesive execution across channels.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and research partners; oversee briefs, performance reviews and quality control of deliverables.

Qualifications
