Richemont seeks a Brand Strategy & Planning Coordinator in New York to support strategic initiatives, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the strategic direction of leadership by providing intelligence, data, and insights from internal and external sources
- Monitor Cartier North America's strategic priorities achievement and contribute to defining clear objectives and KPIs with ongoing progress tracking
- Assist in the annual Strategic Plan development and collaborate with key stakeholders to update the Strategic Plan tracker on a quarterly basis
- Coordinate Communication budget allocation and supervision in close collaboration with departmental stakeholders
- Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to manage and maintain the North America Communications budget
- Assist in creating and maintaining project timelines and retro planning with project leaders
- Support preparation of regular communications to project stakeholders regarding progress, status, and challenges
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints and alignment with defined strategic objectives
- Facilitate post-execution monitoring and reporting of completed initiatives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with peers and key partners throughout the organization
- Provide administrative support on document preparation and maintenance
- Partner cross-functionally with teams across the organization to drive strategic alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2–4 years' experience in relevant positions working cross-departmentally in highly collaborative roles
- Robust analytical and organizational skills
- Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and organize workload to meet organizational timelines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Experience
